As a Family Planning Registered Nurse for our Women's Health Clinic, you will make an impact on the communities we serve by providing clinical counseling, planning, and diagnosing and treating patients for Women's Health and OBGYN, while following Title X program guidelines and State/Federal laws. Join our care team of providers, nurses and community partners in an effort to enhance the quality of care for our patients and future generations.
In this key position you will use a variety of skills-
Health Coach – Develop care plans and work with patients to achieve health goals
Patient Advocate - Be the liaison between family, providers, hospitals and agencies
Connector - Identify resources for patients with difficulty accessing care
Social Determinants of Health - Identify and address psychosocial, cultural, ethnic, and religious/spiritual needs of patients and their families
Qualified Candidates possess-
Compassion, tenacity, and an eagerness to go the extra mile to improve the health of our community.
Current RN licensed in Iowa and/or Illinois, BSN preferred.
Minimum of 1 year experience with direct clinical and/or managed care experience in Womenns Health preferred
