POSITION SUMMARY

The CRM Manager is a collaborative problem solver and leader who has the skills needed to create and implement effective CRM strategies and manage the SKYMINT loyalty program and digital customer communication. This requires building strong interdepartmental relationships and most importantly helps build a strong relationship with our consumers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist in building strategy for SKYMINT customer recruitment, retention, and reactivation to be adopted through new customer onboarding, loyalty programs, promotions, and in partnership with field ambassadors
  • Implement multi-channel recruitment, retention, growth, and re-activation lifecycle programs & campaigns through robust customer group segmentation and analysis
  • Create and implement effective communication throughout the user lifecycle as it relates to brand & product awareness, promotions, and loyalty/retention
  • Implement and evaluate experiments to improve the performance of our campaigns
  • Work closely with local market teams to develop a deep common understanding of our consumers
  • Work closely with designers and copywriters to create communication that brings our brand and communication style to life in ways that resonate with our users
  • Perform all customer communication in a timely and optimally effective manner and accurately using available communication platforms
  • Maintain and update loyalty and messaging databases
  • Comply with data/content integrity, security, and compliance policies
  • Prepare relevant reports and presentations as needed
  • Lead and execute against operational projects to improve efficiency
  • Other duties and ad hoc projects as assigned
 
Position Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 2 - 4 years of experience working in a similar role
  • A know-how of CRM / lifecycle management
  • Experience in the following areas: text/email marketing & customer engagement platforms, loyalty campaign structure, membership strategy, customer analytics
  • Keen understanding of retail sales & operations and activities (cannabis industry knowledge helpful)
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong interpersonal relationship management skills, with the ability to collaborate with a cross-functional team
  • Strong problem-solving skills with ability to multitask
  • Work with minimal supervision in fast paced environment and with a high level of integrity and accuracy
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Must have a strong attention to detail and think analytically
  • Dynamic work ethic and able to work well under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Must be based in or willing to commute to an office located in Ann Arbor, MI
  • Must be 21 years or older and be able to pass a background check
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule including after hours and occasional weekends
  • Proficient in relevant computer applications including MS Office
