The Project Manager is a critical component of our Key Account Client Relationship team. In this role, you will be responsible for building lasting rewarding relationships through day-to-day management and oversight of all client deliverables.
From prompt on boarding to quick resolution of customer issues, the Project Manager helps ensure clients realize maximum value from their LSC products and services. The Client Success Project Manager is accountable for ensuring that all projects are effectively and efficiently executed and delivered successfully against client expectations. Projects must be delivered on-time, on-budget, and error-free, contributing to overall company profitability and increased growth of the key account relationships they help support.
The ideal candidate will possess relevant marketing/project management experience, preferably in the pharmaceutical, biotech, and/or medical device industries. More specifically, you will be responsible for the following:
Act as the primary point of contact throughout the customer lifecycle and communicate (internally & externally) on all client initiatives in a timely fashion.
Schedule and lead all monthly status update calls for assigned accounts.
Resolve any customer account issues originating from customer calls or internal groups.
Involve assigned Key Account Business Development Manager(s) as needed to achieve upsell opportunities, resolve issues, or coordinate deliverables.
EXECUTION OF DELIVERABLES
Direct and manage the execution of all client projects from inception through completion. Assess job requirements, resources, milestones, and deliverables ensuring collaboration and efficiency throughout. Collaborate with Key Account Business Development Manager(s) and Department Managers, providing experienced-based input to ensure that the client’s strategic objectives are met within the parameters of the project.
Develop, implement, and manage project plans and communicate objectives, priorities and goals among internal teams to ensure that all client projects are accomplished collaboratively, on-schedule and meet client and company standards.
As the primary interface with the client, project team, and sales, the project manager proactively monitors and controls project execution with all team members throughout the lifecycle of a job; updates teams on progress, and addresses obstacles and concerns to maintain quality job output.
Determine resource allocation to ensure that all jobs are managed on budget, on time, and within scope for all projects.
Accurately track, report and evaluate all client projects, lead internal status review meetings, proactively plan for, and update, resource needs on an ongoing basis.
Maintain consistent communication and alert sales and senior management if additional resources are recommended to meet timeline and deliverables, addressing issues as they arise.

Accountable for internal adherence to workflow and process management focusing on quality, profitability, efficiency, and productivity.
Effectively employ project management methodology throughout the lifecycle of all jobs ensuring quality control and flawless execution of intermediary and final job submissions.
Regularly implement executional improvements and share best practices broadly across the company.
