Job Description
The Sr. Project Coordinator ensures different components of a project remain interlinked. The focus of the component relations is to achieve the set goals and objects of the project. In addition, this position plays a key role in processing information for the projects.
Essential Functions
Assist with workflow efficiencies
Assist the Project Manager with implementation, execution, and tracking for project process.
Thinks strategically, and work with a myriad of stakeholders from multiple departments to assist with delivery of project requirements
Process and update all appropriate job file documents and other similar documents for assigned Project Managers, in the Oracle System
Complete, process and file documents such as purchase orders, sub-contractor agreements, lien waivers, job related correspondence, and other required information. Maintain accurate job files.
Responsible for accurate billing packages, invoice summaries and similar documents. Schedule any job-related items such as deliveries, trucks etc.
Field phone calls in support of assigned Project Managers. Follow up on issues for job items needing attention.
Requires attention to detail and the ability to respond to changing priorities and multiple interruptions.
Attentive to material purchases to keep budget on track.
Support Project Manager with financial documentation and reporting.
Review certified payroll from subcontractors to make sure everything lines up properly. This is a client-based function.

Requirements
Two to 3 years of previous administrative experience in a construction office
Experience with the Oracle system
High school diploma plus 4 to 6 years of project/office administrative experience
Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office (Excel), Windows XP, Project Management and Microsoft Outlook
