RESPONSIBILITIES & KEY ACTIVITIES Responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with the General Contractors, Internal stakeholders, Architects, Engineers, and the VinFast Global Team Drive, track, and report on progress of multiple projects of varying sizes simultaneously and ensure completion within prescribed timelines Create, benchmark, and validate project budgets - while maintaining a database of historic spend Bid Evaluation and leveling across multiple project types Create and track project schedules In collaboration with the development team, source and grow vendor network and database Communicate weekly project status to Internal Stakeholders Review construction documents, shop drawings to ensure execution of the design intent Establish and monitor all project costs and be sure there are on track and aligned with the approved budget   Position Requirements MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS BS in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management 3-10 years of direct experience in Retail Development, Real Estate, Construction Project Management, Engineering or Architectural related field Experience working in relevant construction and real estate capacity Strong understanding of zoning and knowledge of local building codes and permitting process Experience working in the automotive industry or startup preferred Knowledge in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing to coordinate requirements with external consultants Strong verbal and written communication skills Must have the ability to discuss technical topics with a variety of audiences – Architects, Engineers, Contractors Excellent organizational, negotiating, and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and work under pressure and with tight deadlines   Open Date 7/28/2022   Req Number STO-22-00002   About the Organization Welcome to the Future of Mobility.
