Primary responsibilities include: Programming & set up of the machine Maintaining Quality and Safety Requirements Generating & maintaining necessary documentation Inspection of product produced Maintaining of equipment, Communicate tooling requirements Preferred Experience: Offline programming utilizing Esprit software a plus but not required Prior programming utilizing alternate software packages a plus Minimum of two years of experience of operating Okuma Twin Star LT200 Machining Center, Nomura Swiss Turning Center and/or Brother Mill Machining Center. Education / Skills High school diploma or equivalent G.E.D. Manufacturing experience a plus Excel & Word experience required Maneuvers in, around, under, and about factory and/or laboratory equipment and machinery on a regular and continuous basis. Majority of work time is spent standing, & walking. Ability to work safely and comply with all safety regulations, ability to lift, push or pull 50 lbs, stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout shift.     Position Requirements QUALIFICATIONS To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
