The Resident Services Coordinator provides case management, links families to services, assists with applications and phone calls, complete intakes, outreaches to the residents to assess their interests and needs so that they can benefit from services of the RSC, and coordinates in-service programs. This position is in-person and the social worker gets their own office space (a welcoming, newly-renovated space).
