Essential Functions: Support Contract Manager to ensure cycles are performed in accordance with contractual & customer quality guidelines Assist in adherence to contractual agreement Assist in ensuring safety in the work zone (i.e., placement of signs, flags, wearing of PPE when applicable) Assist scheduling workforce to scheduled work zone Completes required paperwork in timely manner Must be able to understand and follow and assist in implementation of training instructions Maintain an acceptable attendance and punctuality record Clean and disinfect the interior of buildings and public restrooms including floors, carpet, walls Ability to effectively communicate with clients and staff to maintain positive relationships Assist with training and motivation of staff   Position Requirements Requirements: Work a flexible work schedule including evenings and weekends as necessary for contract compliance Assist in enforcement of relevant occupational safety rules and practices Ability to effectively communicate with clients and staff to maintain positive relationships Proper operation and routine maintenance/ repair of equipment when necessary Must be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, bend repetitively, twist and stoop Must be able to lift and/or push up to 50 pounds infrequently Must pass TSA security clearance when applicable Maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable DMV record when applicable Must be screened for verifiable disabilities when applicable Must be able to function within the office but on the job as well.
