About the Role

We are eager to discuss the prospect of you joining our team as our next incredible team member! This position reports to the VP, Deposit Operations at our IncredibleBank location in Wausau, WI and allows you to grow at your own pace, meaning the opportunities are endless for advancement on our team!

In this role, you will have an opportunity to partner with team members and key stakeholders to provide Incredible Customer Experiences of your own by completing tasks such as:

  • Serves as the primary liaison between Deposit Operations and Community Banking in promoting cross-functionality and active partnership in working towards strategic initiatives.
  • Leads process improvement and/or enhancements by identifying obstacles, offering recommendations, and implementing technical solutions impacting various lines of business.
  • Proactively meets with business partners in Deposit Operations and Community Banking to facilitate discussion and waterfall upcoming changes to processes or procedures.
  • Delivers operational, technical and functional expertise in the maintenance of Bank and Deposit Operations policies and procedures.
  • Maintains and reports on operational performance metrics, promoting quality assurance. May assist with ad hoc reporting to cross-functional teams.
  • Understands and adheres to all applicable regulatory compliance expectations which may include detecting and reporting suspicious activities (Bank Secrecy Act Program) through use of Deposit Operations systems and processes.

This is a full-time salaried-exempt position, averaging approximately 40 hours/week. Schedule may vary between the hours of 7:30 am to 5:00 pm CST Monday through Friday.

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field and a minimum of five years related work experience in business management, process improvement or optimization, change management, etc; or equivalent combination of education and experience required.
  • Advanced understanding of the banking industry including best practices, consumer experiences, and operational processes preferred.
  • Demonstrated leadership leading process improvement and change management.
  • Proficient knowledge of banking products and services.
