Description

We are seeking a Highly Skilled experienced Recruiter to join our team! We are seeking a high energy professional that can help build a great team for a growing company!

On-site Recruiter (This is NOT a remote position) The location is Braselton, Georgia, minutes away from Chateau Elan Resort

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage full lifecycle recruiting efforts for assigned requisitions including job posts, sourcing, screening, coordinating manager interviews, and extending offers.
  • Communicate ongoing with hiring manager to understand the positions qualifications and skills needed.
  • Perform high volume recruiting for hourly positions.
  • Track daily recruiting activity metrics.
  • Analyze candidate qualifications against job requirements.
  • Generate candidate interest through creative marketing and relationships.
  • Source candidates through direct channels, network groups, internet sourcing, email, blogs, networking events, job fairs, employee referrals, talent mapping, and relationship building.
  • Build talent pipelines and continuously foster relationships with candidates ensuring the highest candidate experience.
  • Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Perform candidate follow up and updates on their hiring status.
  • Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline.
  • Develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet current or anticipated staffing needs.
  • Advise management on organizing, preparing, or implementing recruiting and retention programs.

Position Requirements

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma
  • 3+ years’ employment recruiting experience REQUIRED with demonstrated successes
  • Knowledge of common recruiting practices and metrics
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, job boards, and social media
  • Strong computer skills--especially Excel and Word. Our recruiting process is data driven
  • Excellent communication skills
  • An organized self-starter
  • Must be able to work within a team atmosphere
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously a must.
