Description

The Project Administrator will assist with specific administrative tasks and project management tasks relevant to our development and maintenance of Institute and Programs, with specific emphasis on our content. Project Management and execution tasks should consume about 60-70% of the job, with executive support consuming 30-40%. Specific to the breakout of project management work, 80% of projects in this role will be focused on content, and 20% focuses on new initiative/special projects.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Plans and Coordinates Content Projects for the Institute.
    • Creates and maintains content mapping and other key processes to allow easy access and storage of our content and its versions.
    • Proactively plans, identifies, and executes administrative changes on content such as updating studies, benchmarks, etc.
    • Assembles content materials to prepare for production
    • Proofreads content
  • Plans and Coordinates all Major Intiatives/Projects for the Institute or Programs Teams that require a cross functional or long term approach.
  • Reviews and Reports on business financial performance metrics
  • Provides Executive Assistant support to VP, Education and Client Programs.
    • Manages travel and calendar
    • Manages expense reports
    • Creates correspondence on behalf of the VP
    • Assists VP on special projects and new Initiatives
    • Prepares reports, helps organize and present information.
  • Assists with work overflow from Administrative and Operations Team
 
Position Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred, however, requirement may be satisfied with equivalent combination of education and experience.
     

Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years related work or industry experience.
     

Competencies

  • Strong time management skills.
  • Superior ability to multi-task.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of CRM/databases, Salesforce.com a plus.
  • Advanced capabilities with Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to operate audio-visual equipment.
  • Knowledge of Web-based System Architecture.

  • Employee must maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record as driving on company business may be required.

 

Physical Demands

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is routinely required to stand, walk, sit, speak, hear, see and use hands to handle objects.
  • Must be able to answer phone and listen and speak with clients and co-workers.
  • Must be able to concentrate/focus with constant interruptions.
  • The employee may occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
     

Work Environment

  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee will typically be in an office environment.
