Description

We are seeking a skilled, motivated and energetic Director of Client Success. In this important role, you will have a direct impact on MOBE by growing and retaining health plan and employer clients and revenue. From the beginning of the implementation process, you have accountability to insure we are putting our best foot forward creating a world-class client experience while articulating the value MOBE drives to various client stakeholders. Your job duties will include direct client work and also be responsible for building a high-functioning team and client success discipline at MOBE.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a trusted advisor to our clients and a key consultative partner to our sales team
  • Collaborate with supporting teams to set priorities and deliver key initiatives (Sales, Implementation, Marketing, Data, Finance)
  • Create the Client Success playbook based on key learnings from past clients and personal experiences to be applied to future business
  • Efficiently deliver on the commercial agreements and ensure that your assigned clients are delighted with MOBE’s products
  • Ensure delivery of agreed-upon SLAs including but not limited to quarterly business reviews, external client meetings/events, performance guarantees and other project plans
  • Serve as player-coach by working directly with a small number of early clients while building out the Client Succes function and team at MOBE.
  • Serve as escalation point of contact for our Implentation and Client Success teams, collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • Maintain high level of client engagement, satisfaction and loyalty, as measured by high client satisfaction scores
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to manage broader strategic client relationships and unlock additional business opportunities within your portfolio
  • Convert clients into MOBE advocates, leveraging their successes for references, case studies, blogs, etc.
  • Manage client issues and escalations, collaborating with partner teams such as member support, operations, analytics, product, and sales as required
  • Demonstrate a broad comprehension of the customer’s needs, market trends, industry challenges, major players (payers and providers), relevant products and technologies
  • Serve as the voice of the client internally by bringing insights to enhance product development and program marketing efforts

 

 
Position Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • 8+ years of experience leading a Client Success team
  • Ability to navigate across the client in a trusted advisor/consultative approach, including quickly establishing credibility with senior level executives across the organization
  • Track record of high client satisfaction ratings and proven renewal success
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, both written and oral, with demonstrated ability to interface and effectively present to senior management
  • Excited to partner and collaborate with a cross functional, talented group of peers to implement and retain clients and revenue
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to read and understand complex data and make thoughtful, articulate recommendations
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities with tight deadlines and demonstrated strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Passionate about MOBE’s mission and values
  • Strong leadership skills and effective problem-solving abilities, with capacity to expand and lead a growing team as needed
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks while holding yourself and others accountable for deadlines and deliverables
  • Experience in working with the full lifecycle of customer success post sales (implementation, renewals, upsells, and account management)
  • Experience building and managing a high-performing team
  • Willingness to travel for key client meetings
