As the Team Lead, you are an integral part of the Field Marketing Juice Crew as well as an extension of the Field Marketing Manager. Your role is to sample & educate consumers, while creating a memorable experience that will build brand awareness and drive brand loyalty. Additionally, your role is ensuring the team is meeting activation requirements and representing the brand as is required by Suja. The Field Marketing Team Lead is the face of Suja!  Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Be the face of the brand at events, retail, and sampling opportunities and a credible product and brand expert Be a social chameleon: approach a variety of strangers and interact in a natural conversation with the goal of developing brand loyalty with the consumer Be the team player that works and communicates well with other squad members to deliver sampling goals and success shift execution Take ownership of sampling activations and work with hiring manager to ensure successful preparation and execution for events, samplings, and partnerships. Executes company initiatives and activations as required and directed by hiring manager while also contributing your own ideas. Submission & approval of activation reports within specified, required time frame that includes photos, activation results, shift documentation & consumer feedback Assist manager with budget, product, and asset tracking Be extremely organized in knowing the ins and outs of the back end as well as other Suja assets. Assist in managing team communication, event details & logistics, storage, and anything else assigned by hiring manager.   Position Requirements Job Qualifications: Experience 1+ Years of Brand Ambassador/Field Marketing Experience Knowledge CPJ and/or food and beverage knowledge preferred Experience in team scheduling and brand ambassador management Experience in tracking budgets, assets, team materials, etc. Thorough knowledge of the LA Market. Experience with Network Ninja & Google Drive a plus Abilities Quick learner with the ability to think on your feet and adapt to a changing environment Excellent customer service and brand promoting skills Outgoing and ability to meet and connect with new and existing customers Ability to take initiative and multi-task in a fast-paced environment Requirements Must have access to internet & phone A clean driving record of 3 years must be provided A valid driver’s license that is not expired, suspended, or revoked. Must have reliable transportation to get to and from your shift  Working and Environmental Conditions: Must be able to work under diverse weather conditions Must be comfortable working outside at storage while also going in the refrigerated cold box where our product is housed. Must be available to attend and actively participate in 2 team meetings or calls per quarter May work up to 40 hours *Hours are never guaranteed and may flex up and down based on budgets and company strategy. Must be able to work a minimum of 3 weekends per month as agreed upon with your manager, nights, and some holidays.
