ProMedica Senior Care, formerly HCR ManorCare, provides a range of services, including skilled nursing care, assisted living, post-acute medical and rehabilitation care, hospice care, home health care and rehabilitation therapy.

Consults with ProMedica Senior Care personnel to define need or problem. Conducts studies and surveys to obtain data, analyzes and advises on a recommended solution. Provides expert advice and counsel in recruiting. Implements national nurse recruitment programs. Assures, through actions, that the company image as an ethical and high quality provider is developed and maintained.

Educational Requirements Bachelor's degree preferred.  
Position Requirements

Recruiting experience required. Long-term care or home health care and hospice experience preferred.
