The Recruiter will work on a team supporting a wide array of positions (including Product Merchandising, Construction etc).

  • Take a proactive approach to meet staffing requirements
  • Focus on identifying strong diverse talent by designing and executing creative sourcing strategies.
  • Collaborate with Hiring Managers to identify internal associates eligible for a transfer or promotion.
  • Conduct full life cycle recruiting including telephone and in person interviews as required.
  • Prepare candidates for interviewing by providing detailed information on the company, our business strategy, and department background and job descriptions.
  • Provide candidate feedback in a timely manner.
  • Ensure processes and procedures promote the best talent; meet internal promotional goals and promote consistent on-boarding process.
  • Maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation on candidate searches, hiring manager interactions and other recruiting activities to ensure company and legal compliance with employment practices.
  • Provide insightful analysis of reports and make recommendations for improvements.
  • Continually working on acquiring a higher level of knowledge and skills related to talent acquisition as well as knowledge of the organization, processes and customers.
Position Requirements


  • Applicants should have a minimum of 2-3 years of sourcing or recruiting experience
  • General knowledge of employment law and hiring practices required.
  • Experience and proficiency using staffing tools such as applicant tracking systems
  • Demonstrated ability to fill positions within time to fill target, within budget and with a high degree of customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to work independently and be trusted to complete tasks with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to recruit aggressively while adhering to ethical business practices.
  • Team player mentality: ability to collaborate with all management levels.
  • Adherence to the highest degree of professional standards and strict confidentiality in matters that require discretion.
  • Ability to work on and close multiple assignments concurrently and in a timely manner.


Required experience

  • Sourcing/ Recruiting: 2-3 years minimum
  • Previous Agency Experience Preferred
