(NASDAQ: CDEV) is currently seeking a Sr. Air Quality Representative to maintain an understanding of air quality requirements. General Responsibilities Include:  Assist in the development of compliance strategies with applicable air quality regulations. Collaborate with the Environmental team to develop best management practices for emission regulations and mitigation. Perform tasks associated with air quality compliance including, but not limited to air permitting, tracking of necessary statistics and records, and interfacing with contractors as determined by Environmental Manager Participate in interdepartmental coordination of cost-effective air quality compliance initiatives. Maintains internal compliance records and performance tracking with applicable air quality rules and regulations Works with the Operations team to ensure environmental compliance associated with air quality. Communicate regulatory changes and new developments to the company. Assist with modeling and calculating air emissions of all regulated pollutants. Support environmental team by training and overseeing of personnel to ensure compliance with applicable air quality regulations. Knowledge and Skills Include:  Excellent technical skills Problem-solving skills High degree of organization and efficiency with demonstrated attention to detail Superior ability to prioritize activities and meet all deadlines Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to communicate efficiently across departments Must possess a strong work ethic and demonstrate a positive/flexible attitude in a fast-paced work environment     Position Requirements Bachelor of Science in Environmental Sciences, Chemistry, Engineering, or Mathematics or related discipline. Professional Engineer (PE) or other relevant certification in Texas/New Mexico is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of environmental experience preferred. Proficiency with regulations such as NSPS, NESHAP, MACT preferred.
