Talent Acquisition Partner

Under the direction of the Human Resources Manager, the Talent Acquisition Partner is responsible for focusing on supporting the talent acquisition strategy and process; and developing a full-cycle recruitment strategy to develop a skilled workforce. Ultimately, build a talent pipeline that aligns with hiring needs and business objectives.


Comply with all safety and health guidelines, quality standard practices/procedures and housekeeping standards.

  1. Design, implement, maintain, monitor and enhance talent recruiting strategies, programs, tools and processes.
  1. Develop, define and manage the employee experience from onboarding through succession planning; including the preparation of job offer letters for internal and external candidates.
  2. Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  3. Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization.
  4. Assists with job posting and advertisement processes.
  5. Screens applications and selects qualified candidates for interview with hiring manager.
  6. Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
  7. Collaborates with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
  8. Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
  9. Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
  10. Conduct needs assessments around talent management and is responsible for recommending solutions.
  11. Use data and analytics to report the effectiveness of programs and processes.
  12. Prepare reports and provide analysis on human capital metrics (e.g. time-to-fill, time-to-hire and source of hire) to provide transparency to senior leadership the activities of the HR team.
  13. Partner with the HR team to design and implement an employee mentor program to help improve employee retention and drive results.
  14. Partner with the HRBP’s on change management by boosting employee morale through driving the Employee Engagement program and initiatives to shape internal culture.
  15. Coordinate interviews and contact applicants, as needed.
  16. Provides back-up to team members as needed, and provides HR-related support.
  17. Perform varying administrative tasks such as management of internal employee database and all new hire paperwork and filing, business communications and other duties.
  18. Partner with the HR team to Oversee sourcing and hiring procedures to ensure we attract and select high-potential employees.
  19. Perform other duties as assigned.



General knowledge of Human Resources principles, practices and laws preferred.

Strong customer service skills with a friendly, outgoing and inviting personality.

Excellent written/verbal communication skills required.

Advanced computer skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, PowerPoint, Visio, Word and Excel).

Ability to demonstrate a professional business manner and helpful attitude.

Strong ability to perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering phones, maintaining information files and processing paperwork.

Position Requirements


Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field is required.

2-3 years of Human Resources Assistant level work experience required.

2-3 years of Payroll and Recruitment experience required.
