Description

The Acquisition Business Process Subject Matter Expert will develop acquisition documentation for the various milestones and decision points outlined by DoDI 5000.02 and 50000.75, as well as Sustainment programs, and Functional Office representatives within J6.

Additional Responsibilities Include, but are not Limited To:

  • Personnel must have Business Analyst experience; particularly in the areas of Process Design, Systems Analysis, and Strategic Planning across the PEO portfolio.
  • Personnel must have demonstrated experience supporting Functional Integrated Product Teams (FIPT); specifically experience in supporting the Defense Acquisition University (DAU) in the development of Defense Business IT acquisition policies, guides, etc.
  • Personnel must have demonstrated experience supporting benchmarking activities and identifying, corroborating, and documenting best practices within an IT organization.
  • Personnel must have demonstrated experience providing support for the preparation of Problem Statements for annual DBS certification packages for Deputy Chief Management Officer (DCMO) review and approval as part of Execution Plan (OEP DLA’s Organization).
  • Personnel will provide support or facilitate various workshop requirements for J62 PEO Operations on the development, improvement, and sustainment of DLA’s systems processes and documentation procedures.
  • Assist with proposal development, if necessary.
  • Perform other duties, as assigned.
