Share Email Opening Title Psychologist - Consultant  About the Organization Our company was incorporated in 1984 within the State of North Carolina, and opened its doors for business in August of 1985. The company has continually grown to a point where we currently serve more than 600 individuals, and employ more than 1000 people across the state. Skill Creations is a human services agency that operates three service divisions. The ICF Division provides specialized long-term residential care to 191 individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in 15 different towns in North Carolina. The Community Operations Division provides residential and non-residential services to persons with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities in their home community. The Child Development Division, with two locations in Goldsboro, provides high quality child care and preschool for children ages birth - 5 years. One center also offers after school care through age 12.   Description Salary: $60-$65 per hour (7-10 hours per month) Seeking a Psychologist on a consultative basis to assist with providing enhanced psychology services for adult individuals with physical and/or intellectual disabilities and /or medical care needs, residing in a 24 hour group home. 12-15 individuals per location. This position will complete annual psychology evaluations to include psychological testing every 5 years for each individual. This position will also write and monitor behavior intervention plans for individuals. This position will review behavior data to enter monthly psychology notes on progress. This position will serve as a team member to participate in annual person centered planning conferences, interim core meetings, quarterly psychotherapeutic reviews, and etc. This position will utilize an electronic health record, therefore many tasks can be done remotely. Hourly salary as listed above plus mileage reimbursement when serving multiple locations. Approximately 7-10 hours per month   Position Requirements The following is required for all applicants in order to be selected for a position: Applicant must be a licensed psychologist and possess a valid driver’s license. Must have own computer and basic computer skills are needed for e-mail, electronic training modules and recording data.
