Summary/Objective eCatalyst Healthcare Solutions is looking for a Recruiter to join our team! As a Recruiter, you will bring specialized Health Information Management (HIM) knowledge to source our uniquely qualified and highly skilled candidates. Through joint collaboration, we will demonstrate and deliver eCatalyst's goal of an 'Unrelenting Client Focus'. Essential Functions/Position Requirements Responsible for supporting eCatalyst's hiring objectives by proactively sourcing, recruiting, and evaluating candidates for open positions. Take a "hands on" approach to recruiting. Perform candidate searches through recruiting sites and resources to find and secure exceptional candidates. Recruit and interview candidates over the telephone to assess skills, experience, availability, ability to perform essential job functions, and compensation requirements. Check references and credentials to verify information. Apply HIM related knowledge during application review to source 'A+ players' for clients based on the requirements needed. Additional Specific Duties and Responsibilities You will support the organization's efforts to identify, recruit, and develop a talent pipeline for our clients. You will interface collaboratively with HR partners and hiring managers. Qualified applicants must have a demonstrated history of multi-tasking in previous employment, and the ability to work with speed and efficiency. Excellent verbal and written communications skills. Must be able to communicate and function productively in an interdisciplinary team. Understand applicant experience and be able to place them in the correct position.   Position Requirements Required Education and Experience Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Marketing and/or Public Relations. Must possess competency in HIM field areas including but not limited to: medical coding, auditing, clinical records, CDI, etc. Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams. Preferred Education and Experience Experience working as a recruiter with a comparable coding vendor. Well connected in the HIM industry with list of candidates you can contact. Excellent verbal, nonverbal, visual, and written communication skills.
