Follow up on all incoming sales leads from local home builders in a timely manner as directed. Conduct initial sales appointment with new clients. Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies. Participate in training and professional development activities.   Minimum Requirements One year of sales experience in a team environment Drive to exceed sales goals Be a highly-motivated self starter a passion for success Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills Basic Microsoft Office skills and ability to learn new software applications Valid driver's license and good driving record   Preferred Qualifications At least one year of sales experience in consumer electronics or related fields. General knowledge of new home construction processes.
