Postion Title: Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) Coordinator

Department: Enrollment/Admissions

Location: This is an on site position located at our main campus in Circleville, Ohio

Months per year: 12

Hours per week: 40

Salary Range: $13.00 - $16.80 per hour

FLSA Status: Non-exempt

 

POSITION SUMMARY
The Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Administrator will aid in the alignment of the CRM to OCU's student information system, oversee the nomenclature and categorization of information used by employees with access to the CRM, manage and create new reports and assure accessibility for recruiters, assess the functionality of the CRM and make improvements, and manage any upgrades. This role also works with leadership to build communication plans and assets (HTML Emails, text messages, etc.) inside the CRM.

  • Manage the configuration, functional aspects and requirements for the development of the Slate CRM
  • Create forms and update system requirements for matriculation
  • Generate and analyze reports in collaboration with recruiting and superisory team
  • Develops the Slate CRM functional requirements based on feedback from the recruiting user base
  • Answer questions regarding the CRM, SONIS-CRM connections, reporting, and other CRM-related questions from staff
  • Responsible for managing the on-going input and accuracy of the data contained in both the customer relationship management system and student information system, including the accuracy of data loads into both systems
  • Oversee nomenclature control and create structures within the CRM that aid in data management
  • Actively tracks changes and CRM best practices in Higher Ed and compares those to OCU's practice
  • Monitors data manaqement policies to ensure compliance with best practices
  • Other dutes as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree prefered
  • Data entry experience
  • Ability to multi task and maintain attention to detail
  • Customer oriented
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Data interpretation
