Our unwavering commitment to our Associates, their health and safety, self-directed work teams, and a commitment to continuous improvement create a rewarding and fun place to work.   Description Job Summary The Wash Associate is responsible for the entire wash process; startup, shutdown, quality tests, mine crushing equipment, rebuilding components, maintenance, and repair. Position may require heavy lifting, bending, twisting, stooping, working at elevated heights, and working outside in all weather conditions. An understanding of the mining process to assist when needed is essential. This position will work an 8 on 4 off schedule. Desired Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities High school diploma Basic math and reading skills Good verbal and written communication skills Moderate computer skills Strong ability to solve problems High-level attention to detail   Physical Abilities Must pass toxicity test, ability to receive medical clearance to wear respiratory protection, heavy lifting, bending, twisting, stooping, working in elevated heights and all weather conditions.   Travel Not Applicable.   EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
