About the Role:

We are looking to add a Corporate Recruiter to our growing Human Resources team! This is a unique opportunity to use your skills as a natural collaborator to lead our recruiting efforts and build relationships with hiring managers and candidates.


  • Build strong partnerships with hiring managers to identify and develop plans for key staffing initiatives, job specifications, duties and responsibilities, competencies, qualifications, and skills
  • Create innovative recruitment strategies and marketing materials to attract applicants
  • Develop robust networks and talent pipelines through active and passive candidate sourcing and building internal and external relationships
  • Build partnerships with universities, industry organizations and professional networks to increase talent pipelines
  • Manage the college recruiting process including planning, coordinating and attending career fairs
  • Create, post, and maintain consistent job descriptions and advertisements for open positions
  • Utilize internal applicant tracking system to review applications and maintain candidate progress
  • Screen candidates, coordinate interviews with hiring managers and conduct on-site interviews
  • Extend offers and manage the on-boarding process
  • Foster relationship with candidates each step of the way ensuring all candidates have a top-tier experience during the recruiting process
  • Track and report on recruiting metrics
  • Maintain compliance with all federal/state laws and regulations



  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of recruiting experience in a service-oriented business industry, preferably in the AEC industry working directly with engineering disciplines
  • Working knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems, Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Possesses an engaging personality with the innate ability to connect with people
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams
