Would you like to make a difference in school aged youth?  Our Therapeutic Day Treatment program provides therapeutic services inside Richmond Public Schools.  Our program is designed to reduce suspensions, improve absences, and support each child’s success in school, at home, and in the community.  Cognitive Behavioral Programming, Psycho-educational Groups, Individual Therapy, Group Therapy, Family Therapy, Service Coordination’s, and Crisis Intervention services are provided.  Optional services include Family Case Management, Psychiatric Evaluations, and Medication Management. 

Mental health, developmental disabilities, and substance use – these are challenges that change the course of life for millions of people. Program Supervisor (LMHP)

Clinician I/II (LMHP or LMHP-E)

Case Managers (QMHP-C or QMHP-T)

Opportunities are available for full time employment.

 
Position Requirements

We have opportunities for you, if you meet or exceed one of the minimum qualifications listed below:

  • High School Diploma 1 one year of experience in human services
  • Bachelor’s degree in a human services related fields 
  • QMHP- C/T
  • Master’s degree and 1 one year of experience in human services
  • Current Virginia license as an LPC, LCP, LCSW, LMFT, LSATP or are license eligible
  • Must have a valid driver’s license

Qualifying new staff will be eligible for sign-on bonuses as defined by the terms and conditions of the approved sign-on bonus policy.

Services are provided directly by RBHA staff and through contracts with private providers in the community. Funding is received through fees from consumers, the Commonwealth of Virginia, the City of Richmond, and local and state grants.  
Starting Salary Range Negotiable depending on qualifications, experience, and position type.
