TicketNetwork is currently seeking an outstanding candidate for Senior Vice President of Strategic Planning. The Sr Vice President of Strategic Planning will create innovative and performance-driven approaches to business planning based on customer insights and analytics that lead to valuable customer experience & deliverables. The role will be responsible for scaling, expanding, and optimizing the company's line of products. The SVP of Strategic Planning will have oversight of the Product Management Team, Project Management Team as well as the Business Intelligence/Analystics team. They will create the future strategy for the organization based on data and create products that will allow the organization continued growth. The role will report to the CEO of the company on the success of the team through analytics, KPIs and goal completion.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead company planning and strategy driving the use of customer insights and analytics to create an own-able strategic framework for leveraging insights to build our company products, markets, and customer bases
• Demonstrate a solid understanding of client business strategy, products, competitors and industry standards
• Engage and take a lead in business development efforts
• Lead the definition and alignment of the vision, strategy and roadmap, in order to establish the company as a industry leader
• Develop market research outputs including competitive analysis and best practices across e-commerce, analytics, and user experience
• Collaborate with both internal teams and clients' teams across creative, technology, data, analytics, account management, and more; to add value to all client relationships
• Provide strategic oversight and a strong business approach to managing existing products/systems and developing enhanced products/systems for future events.
• Expected to be a change agent who drives innovation and provokes out-of-the box thinking about the business
• Required to be a proactive leader with a roll-up-your sleeves mentality; takes initiative and ownership of results
• Work with the companies technology team to ensure the time lines for products and projects are being met

• Strong interpersonal, leadership, collaboration, and project management skills
• Strong writing, communication, and presentation skills to drive effective collaboration and influencing within our organization

Required Experience:

• 10+ years in strategy with a deep understanding of digital channels, technologies, data, and trends, preferably 5+ yrs of strategic planning management within an E-commerce Software development company.
• Strong strategic thinking ability with deep understanding of digital channels, platforms, technologies, and trends
• Strong working knowledge of CRM, analytics platforms, and related digital engagements to drive acquisition, loyalty, and retention programs
• Insatiable thirst for finding new and interesting ways to engage customers with products to create meaningful interactions that drive customer acquisition and engagement
• Experience developing overall engagement strategy and working with various technical leads and teams to execute plans
• Ability to anticipate needs that the client may not yet recognize and ensure that approaches and creative solutions are linked to client objectives
• Savviness to know how to build and influence relationships that demonstrate an understanding of client business and build confidence in company's expertise
• Strong business acumen and analytical skills with ability to synthesize data to drive strategic decision making
• Strong decision-making skills and an understanding of where projects fit into overall Company and category strategies
• Interpersonal savvy; an ability to effectively work with and connect with all levels throughout the organization across various functions and geographies
