We are looking for a tenacious, results-focused National Account Manager to strengthen existing client relationships, identify new opportunities, support internal sales efforts, and develop creative solutions to client demands. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing Company revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and managing sales.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a well-developed pipeline of potential opportunities
  • Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs and to explain how specific services can meet these needs
  • Help customers select services based on their needs, specifications, and regulations
  • Emphasize company features based on analyses of customers' needs and technical knowledge of company capabilities and limitations
  • Answer customers' questions about prices, timelines, and logistics
  • Negotiate prices and terms of sale and service agreements
  • Prepare sales contracts and submit orders for processing
  • Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information, such as selling strategies and marketing information
  • Follow up with customers to make sure they are satisfied with their services and to answer any questions or concerns
 
Position Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
  • Minimum 5 years sales experience in an industrial/environmental services setting
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft office
  • Flexibility to travel at least 25% of the time
