Share Email Opening Title Project Coordinator - EV  Description Job Summary: Provide coordination between engineering, permitting, utility coordination and construction disciplines in support of EV charging station project execution. Duties: Project Coordination: Participate in project design meetings, record notes, propose improvements as needed Supervise project workflow and coordinate all team members Manage project-related documents and deliverables ensuring all necessary files are current and filed in appropriate locations. Direct project inquiries to appropriate parties and facilitate rapid responses Adhere to project budget by tracking expenses Interact with external stakeholders including, but not limited to: Clients Permitting Jurisdiction Utilities Site Hosts Surveying teams Engineering teams Construction teams Other duties as requested   Position Requirements Minimum Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in related field or; Two (2) or more years’ experience performing project coordination in a Construction environment, EPC and/or cost-based estimating. Excellent communication skills. Demonstrated history of customer interaction. Skills and Qualifications: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills capable of fostering strong relationships Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Team-management and leadership skills Documentation management and ability to use project management tools Attention to details even under pressure Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines Desired, but not Required Skills and Qualifications: Electric vehicle charging infrastructure experience Experience working with electrical utilities Electrical and/or civil engineering exposure Construction experience     EOE Statement We are an equal employment opportunity employer.
