The Senior IT Support Manager will start at $50,000 - $60,000 depending on experience and is responsible for installing, configuring and maintaining the company’s computers, IT equipment, networks, operating systems and physical and virtual servers. The Senior IT Support Manager will identify PC Hardware, networks, servers and systems to ensure they are functioning correctly.
Maintain computer network functionality, system software, application software as well as all configuration and functions.
Perform server data back ups and disaster recovery procedures.
Diagnose, troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software or other network and system problems, and identify hardware or software needed for implementation.
Set up, manage and keep track of user accounts, email accounts and virus protection software.
Monitor network performance to determine if changes are required and where future changes will be required.
Plan, coordinate and implement network security measures to protect data, software and hardware.
Train employees on how to use computer systems, MS Office 365 and other relevant applications.
Maintain logs related to network functions and maintenance and repair records.
Attention to and documentation of details.
