The Jr. Fulfillment Specialist will be responsible for the consistent delivery of all orders to retail customers and various exchanges ensuring industry standard metrics are met. The Fulfillment team provides a last check of inventory ensuring that customers are receiving the correct tickets with the desired delivery method by verifying inventory is listed and attached correctly in our software. When problems are noted, the Jr. Fulfillment Specialist will troubleshoot and fix the order. This position plays an integral role in ensuring our customers receive the best shopping experience possible. Ideal candidates will be critical thinkers who possess an acumen for problem solving and have keen attention to detail.

 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Track ticket orders on all exchanges and ensure correct processing times
  • Utilize different software programs to manipulate, attach, and deliver tickets
  • Ensure accuracy of newly entered ticket inventory
  • Take inbound calls from the emergency queue to answer questions and troubleshoot customer issues
  • Provide additional operational support when needed
 
Position Requirements

 

Required Skills:

Required Experience:

  • 1+ years of experience utilizing computers in a professional environment
  • Proficiency with MS Office applications (i.e., Excel, Outlook, Word)

     

Preferred Experience:

  • At least one year of experience working in an office environment preferred
  • Use of an inventory management system preferred

 

Education:

  • H.S. Diploma required
  • Associate's Degree preferred

 

Schedule:

Mon,Tues,Sat and Sun 11:00am-7:30pm

Thurs 2:30-11:00pm
