We are looking for a full-time Recruiter to join our team! The ideal candidate will be responsible for full cycle recruitment process across Canada, while supporting projects related to Recruitment and HR.
Location: This postion is on-site in our Calgary office downtown,
Hours: Monday - Friday; 40 hour per week.
Salary: $50K - $53K, depending on experience
Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):
- Source and recruit candidates using a variety of tools and resources (databases, social media, referrals) – you are driven, self motivated and are determined to find the best candidates.
- Working with Hiring Managers to fill vacancies with the best candidates by understanding their unique needs.
- Support interviews and selection proccess
- Assist with strategies to attract new talent through partnerships with schools and attending career fair programs.
- Assist in various recruitment and HR projects.
The Successful Candidate:
- You are a confident, self-motivated, team player who brings a large amount of enthusiasm and energy to the workplace!
- Post-secondary education; a combination of education and experience is an asset.
- 1 years or more working in the temporary/contingent workforce industry; former staffing agency experience or high volume retail recruiting is an asset.
- Passionate about learning and developing your skills in recruitment within a team enviorment.
- Social media savvy – using various apps to recruit is the norm
