Call Center (French Canadian Speaking) Agent 


Corporate Services, Inc., a fulfillment provider for Fortune 500 Companies, is seeking an experienced Call Center Agent to join our Call Center team who possess the ability to fluently communicate in the French Canadian language.

As a Call Center Agent, you will receive, investigate, and respond to phone inquiries regarding orders, shipments, products, information requests, and/or complaints from our Client's employees, representatives, and/or customers.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answer incoming calls on behalf of Corporate Services Clients using appropriate greetings, closings, and client scripts.
  • Provide a consistently excellent customer service experience by maintaining the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism.
  • Continually maintain a working knowledge of all client programs and call center policies and procedures.
  • Effectively use a variety of systems and web-based tools to research and resolve customer issues.
  • Accurately enter account changes and notes.
  • Accurately log calls as required per Client and keep an accurate daily record of billable work performed.
  • Complete various non-call related data entry projects as assigned.
  • Perform specific off-line functions for a particular Client, as needed.
  • Assist in other departments as needed.
Position Requirements

To be successful in this position, candidates need to possess the following requirements:

  • Fluently speak and communicate in the French Canadian language.
  • Minimum six months to one year proven experience or an equivalent combination of experience and education; Associate' s degree from a two-year college or technical school preferred.
  • Direct customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Ability to read and interpret documents including operating instructions and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to write/type routine reports and correspondence.
  • Hands-on computer skills including knowledge of Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to communicate with callers calmly with tact and professionalism even when handling irate/dissatisfied customers.
  • Perform physical requirements of call center agent position including but not limited to prolonged sitting at one work station for extended periods of time. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule as needed within the Call Center.
