Job Summary

The Communication Manager provides a wide range of support to the company and is responsible for communicating information to our clients on behalf of an organization.

Responsibilities

  • Compile & Maintain list of Franchisees on Prospect Tracker
  • Schedule bid review call with Franchisee / PM / Field PM
  • Confirm Schedule with PM & Client and update status
  • Upcoming markets, follow-up to proposals, requests for proposals
  • Schedule proposal review with owner
  • Review Information Package for Install Team to confirm dates & contact information
  • Review Scope of Work and Pre-install Checklist with client
  • Review Collection Status and assist with owner follow-up as needed
  • Follow up franchisee communications regarding scope, pictures, contracts, deposits, scheduling, progress, invoicing & payment
  • Send ClearThread Satisfaction Survey
