Hilldrup has an immediate need for an inside sales professional who is client focused, motivated and a self-starter. The incumbent will have exceptional interpersonal, customer service and prospecting skills, along with the ability to identify and pursue leads that generate profitable commercial business for our Workplace Solutions business line. The ideal candidate will be strategic and results-driven who has the ability to build new business relationships and to nurture and maintain existing business relationships.

We are seeking quality individuals who are strong prospectors/hunters who have the ability to develop and to nurture lasting productive B2B relationships as they promote Hilldrups commercial moving, storage and logistics services. Selected candidates will have proven experience operating effectively as a member of a high performing team as well as individually. Specific job responsibilities include:

  • Proactively researches, develops/nurtures and generates new, high-quality sales-ready prospects for the Sales team; Identifies key executives/players within prospect organizations;
  • Effectively communicates Hilldrups value proposition to prospective clients via cold calls, voicemails, emails and other prospecting techniques;
  • Follow ups on pre-qualified leads provided by our software program and Sales team
  • Schedules and participates in discovery meetings for Workplace Solutions sales executives to qualify leads;
  • Assists with engaging relevant prospects at key accounts within our target markets;
  • Maintains and grows a database of prospective clients within assigned territories;
  • Meets or exceeds monthly, quarterly and annual quota of qualified opportunities;
  • Uses Sales Automation technologies to execute scalable outreach campaigns across multiple channels (email, phone, social, etc.);
  • Partners effectively and collaboratively with the sales teams on strategy to meet sales goals;
  • Provides prompt phone/email follow up to inbound leads, help with qualification, and properly document and track all activity in companys CRM;
  • Partners with the Marketing team to execute and support demand generation campaigns;
  • Capitalizes on on-the-job training and development opportunities; continuously develops a knowledge base of product and pricing; stays abreast of industry and market trends and competitors.
 
Position Requirements

Minimum Job Qualifications

  • Four year degree from an accredited college/university and/or equivalent work experience;
  • Three or more years of previous account management, prospecting and/or inside sales experience.
  • Moving and storage industry expereince prefferred;
  • Previous project management experience;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Outstanding financial and business acumen;
  • Outstanding critical thinking and problem-solving skills;
  • Excellent negotiation skills;
  • Ability to effectively develop and maintain working relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Ability to work autonomously and as a member of a team;
  • Exceptional organizational abilities and strong attention to detail;
  • Adept regarding the use of technology;
  • Commitment to highest ethical practices;
  • Proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, internally and externally;
