Who we are looking for:

We are looking fora Full Time Billing Specialist!

The Billing Specialist will assume the responsibility of various functions in the Billing Department, as well as some Accounting (mostly AR & AP). The ideal candidate is someone eager to grow with the company and take on a wide range of responsibilities. A self-starter looking to make a difference. Organizational skills, attention to detail, and an ability to get things done are paramount. Initiative and strong communication skills will help you succeed. Looking for someone with a team first mentality, a great work ethic, and an upbeat personality.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Pricing all jobs completed on the previous day for our 11 locations across the country. Managing the Billing emails, assisting clients with questions about their charges, and invoicing weekly.
  • Full cycle Accounts Payable. Managing emails, reviewing bills for accuracy, entering and selecting for payment. Vendor account management.
  • Accounts Receivable management. Receiving payments and managing client aging accounts.
  • Monthly accounting responsibilities and ad hoc projects.

What you bring to us:

  • Comprehensive understanding of common accounting functions
  • Experience/exposure to AP and/or AR a plus
  • Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail
  • Be able to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
  • Respond to vendor/customer requests and concerns effectively and professionally
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to management
  • Demonstrate positive attitude
  • Previous experience using Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Quickbooks experience a plus

Salary: $19 - $21 / Hour
