Pay Range: $70,000 - $80,000

What You Will be Doing
We want people to join our team who share our values of love, excellence, respect, empowerment, and well-being. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of managing the support desk, which is the first point of contact for all IT issues. While setting organizational standards for customer engagement, this role will ensure customers receive courteous, consistent, and timely service taking ownership of issues and their resolution. The ITSS will proactively monitor application and system performance to ensure high availability and work with vendors and Network Administrators when issues arise. In this role, the ITSS is accountable for monitoring, measuring, and adjusting service level agreements to meet the organization’s needs. The ITSS will be responsible for identifying and pursuing quality improvement initiatives while creating a team that is committed to quality and embraces continuous improvement.

Minimum Education/Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in Information Technology
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Previous experience leading teams
  • Hands-on experience with help desk and remote management software
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to translate technical jargon into non-technical terms
  • Experience with Windows OS and Office products
  • Ability to manage change, high demand, and multiple competing priorities
  • Proven working experience in a management position or relevant experience
  • Knowledge of best practices in service management, such as ITIL

Required Licensure/Experience

  • Certification and/or experience in any of the following: Windows server environments, Cloud applications, Office365, ITIL, Lean Management, Azure Administrator Associate, CISSP, CompTIA A+, VMware
  • Experience in the field of developmental disabilities is a plus
