Must have at least 2 years clerical experience. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills. Must have strong working knowledge of and experience with Microsoft Office products, including Word, PowerPoint, Access and Excel. Must have the ability to prioritize multiple tasks. Must have proven organizational skills. Must have the ability to work with a diverse group of people in a team setting. Must meet the eligibility requirements of the auto insurance company providing coverage for OCCK vehicles or have access to transportation.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING: Associates degree or certification in secretarial science, business administration, or a related field preferred.
CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS: Maintain a valid Kansas driver’s license or have access to transportation.
