We are seeking an Acquisition Advisor to join our team in the Washington, DC Metropolitan Area; this position has full remote capability. This position provides support to The Columbia Group’s growth initiatives, including merger and acquisition (M&A) searches, due diligence of targets, and assistance in  integration post-merger. The ideal candidate will: Work directly with TCG's President and/or Senior Management to actively search for acquisition targets that will grow the company. Have a proven ability to identify and work through finalization of each merger and acquisition. Develop other growth opportunities. DoD experience a plus.   Position Requirements Required Education, Skills and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree. Proven ability to acquire profitable businesses and companies; Mergers & Acquisitions. Familiarity with financial concepts to include accounting and valuation. Expert proficiency in MS Office suite of products, to include PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, and Word. Prior Defense or DoD Experience is desired. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
