Before long, few tradesmen bought a boot without visiting Otto White, and once they added their names to his book, they never went anywhere else. Since Otto's passing in 1972, the White's family has been loyal to his vision - it was never about the boot for Otto: it was about the foot, and the man on top of it. This is a hands-on job that requires upper body strength without heavy lifting.   We will train you! This is a career opportunity with skillset and financial growth.   Starting wage: $16/hour with annual reviews based on performance.   Full-time position is working stable hours Monday – Friday, 7am – 3:30pm. Some overtime is available on occasional Saturdays after trained up.   In this position, you will have the opportunity to learn the craft of bootmaking and see your skill come to life.
