NHOMS is an expanding oral surgery practice in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. We have been in practice for over 20 years and as we expand we are looking for stellar applicants to help us grow.
Front desk managers oversee the daily operation of the office while assisting the front desk as needed. The ideal candidate has management experience, preferably in a dental setting, and the ability to take on the challenge of leading their team.
Excellent communication skills
Organization, time management, and multitasking ability
Computer literacy in basic applications like email and Microsoft Office
Full time availability Monday - Friday
Provide direction and guidance to front desk team, resolving local office staff issues and motivation for success
Acts as back up to the front desk in the event of turnover or unexpected outage
Performs patient chart audits and applies correction as necessary
Ensures proper training of new front desk staff and performs annual reviews of current staff
Provide direct support to the surgeon in daily non-clinical operations including patient satisfaction, non-clinical team selection, performance, development, and other business-related functions as necessary
Paid time off and sick leave
Management experience: 2 years
Dental office experience: 2 years (Preferred)
WinOMS experience: 1 year (Preferred)
