NHOMS is an expanding oral surgery practice in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. We have been in practice for over 20 years and as we expand we are looking for stellar applicants to help us grow.
Clinical managers oversee the daily operation of the office while assisting the surgical team as needed. The ideal candidate has management experience, preferably in a dental setting, and the ability to take on the challenge of leading their team.
Requirements:
Massachusetts Dental Assistant License (for mass offices only)
Radiology certification
CPR certification
DAANCE certification
Medtech (NH as required)
Computer literacy in basic applications like email and Microsoft Office
Full time availability Monday - Friday
Job Responsibilities:
Direct, supervise, and coordinate clinical functions and activities including systems, inventory, maintenance, and clinical team
Acts as back up to the clinical team in the event of turnover or unexpected outage
Performs patient chart audits and applies correction as necessary
Ensures proper training of new clinical staff and performs annual reviews of current staff
Ensures standards of quality care and compliance as required by state and federal guidelines
Provide direct support to the surgeon in daily clinical operations including patient satisfaction, clinical team selection, performance, development, and other clinic-related functions as necessary
