This person joins other team members in providing treatment to people who have been prescribed Suboxone. This Case Manager will work at our clinic sites where Suboxone is prescribed. Outside of clinic hours, the position will work in the community performing follow-up with patients, linkage to services, and other case management functions. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-5pm.   Position Requirements AA/BA required.   Location Southeast, Inc.
