The Senior Project Manager ensures that all members of a project team work collaboratively and individually to create a deliverable that meets clients’ or stakeholders’ expectations and is responsible for the management of projects of varying size and complexity from inception through to implementation. Most importantly, this individual possesses the ability to accurately estimate projects and follow-up with the cross functional teams to deliver on time and on budget. The Senior Project Manager instils confidence in the client and internal cross-functional teams with clear and frequent communication updates.
The Senior Project Manager will work with stakeholders throughout the organization and will be accountable to set project deadlines, assign responsibilities, monitor and summarize projects' progress, ensuring timely and quality completion. The candidate will use analytical skills and demonstrated business acumen to not only manage timelines but to understand the impacts of decisions and actions.
Success in this role will be found in being a proven self-starter with a tenacity for leading and coordinating cross-functional teams with a results-oriented and customer centric focus. The Senior Project Manager will be adept at managing competing priorities in a very dynamic and fast-paced organization; strong, clear communication skills are critical.
