Share Email Opening Apply Now Title Control Systems Integrator  Description This position will be responsible for troubleshooting and/or developing control system solutions related to motor control, PLC programming, and communication protocols. Duties include designing automation solutions, preparing diagrams and control panel layouts, providing technical support, troubleshooting, and more. Qualified candidates must have experience in the development and support of automation/process control systems, reading and updating engineering drawings and schematics, be organized, detail orientated, and work as part of a team and independently. As well, qualified candidates should have a working knowledge of programmable logic/automation controllers, human-machine interfaces, hardware, and associated programming languages.   Position Requirements Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Demonstrate safe work habits, comply with company safety requirements Strong working knowledge of programming software, such as Rockwell Automation, Schneider Electric, Inductive Automation, and Siemens, with ability to configure drivers and connect to assorted platforms. Proven ability to troubleshoot and isolate control problems. Design and program PLC/HMI control systems Working knowledge of motor control drives and similar. Servo drives and motor would be a plus Ability to read schematic and troubleshoot both PLC (software and hardware) and hard-wired electrical systems. Basic knowledge of computer networking Understand Instrumentation and Field Devices Proper care for material, tools and equipment Operates power tools such as drills, saws, etc Requires knowledge of process, procedures, and methods Requires the use of common courtesy in everyday contacts with employees, clients, and the general public Required to carry a pager or cell phone and be on-call when necessary Night/weekend work as required Work as required in varying weather climates The ability to travel out of town and stay overnight as required Physical Requirements: Must be able to physically lift up to and in excess of 75 pounds Must be able to climb ladders and steep stairs, crawling, standing, stooping, bending, crouching, kneeling, sitting, reaching, pushing and pulling objects Repetitive use of arms, hands and fingers Ability to wear Personal Protective Equipment Ability to work at elevated heights on ladders and/or scaffolds Specific vision abilities required Must be able to physically work up to ten to twelve hour days Education/Experience: Associate's degree (A.
