PFL employs 300+ employees in manufacturing, sales, marketing and software development, and has been creating a great place to work in a great place to live.  General Description: Performs a variety of tasks related to implementing and maintaining PFL Marketing Technology Solutions for customers. Deliverables High quality, dynamic Variable Data Programming templates, (e.g. using Fusion Pro or XMPie), that meet diverse client needs Continuous Improvement Healthy, productive working relationships Activities Build customer-focused Variable Data Programming (VDP) templates using JavaScript and supported VDP software interfaces, (e.g. Fusion Pro or XMPie) Collaborate with immediate teammates and other departments to troubleshoot issues as they arise Perform daily order processing tasks accurately and on time Suggest and document incremental process improvements Take periodic training online and in person to continually build required knowledge base Assist OMS Team with daily processing of customer data into aggregate orders when needed Troubleshoot template, (and aggregate order), issues as they arise Competencies Collaborate well with others Easy to do business with Handle a high volume of work with excellent accuracy, attention to detail and process adherence Strong technical aptitude and affinity for technical work Strong understanding of PFL Marketing Technology solution offerings, current and future Flexibility in a rapidly changing environment Ability to pitch in wherever and whenever necessary Proficient at navigating Marketo, Eloqua, Salesforce, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud Develop strong technical knowledge of Fusion Pro, XMPie or any other VDP software in use Develop strong familiarity with JavaScript Please note: PFL requires all applicants to be eligible to work within the US and generally will not sponsor visas unless otherwise noted on the position description.
