Position Production Assistant  
Position Requirements


  1. Two (2) years or a combination of experience in Marketing, promotions, design or print production.
  2. Proven familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite.
  3. Strong organizational skills.
  4. High School Diploma or GED.
  5. Computer literacy in Microsoft Office
  6. Able to work flexible hours/schedule.
  7. Possesses and exhibits strong people skills.
  8. Possess a valid driver’s license with no history of motor vehicle-related citation or arrest conviction(s) within the last five (5) years in any state per WRC insurance requirements.
  9. Needs to stand and/or walk for long periods; perform repetitive motions with arms, wrists, hands, and fingers; lift and maneuver up to 40lbs.; work in seasonal weather (heat, cold) and a smoky, noisy environment.
  10. Effective communication skills - verbally able to provide instruction, respond to questions, and has exceptional interpersonal skills and abilities.
  11. Possesses professional level writing and grammatical skills.
  12. Excellent personal appearance and hygiene habits.
  13. Requires a High Security Gaming License clearance.

14. Must be at least 21 years of age.



1. Understanding of marketing principles, practices and techniques.

2. Familiarity with Visual One, e-Requester and Adobe Creative Suite.




Assists the Advertising Manager with administrative functions and the execution of department collateral across the resort.



1. Promotes internal/external customer service through prompt, efficient and friendly service.

2. Provides daily support for advertising administrative functions, marketing, and design projects.

3. Ability to use Adobe Creative Suite to assist graphic design as needed. Strong knowledge of printing and execution; preferably large format printing and cutting.

 4. Assists Events/Promotions with execution of event/promotion specific collateral. Provide additional support with events and promotions.

5. Monitors production inventory for tracking and reordering. Maintains inventory in an organized manner for easy retrieval and/or storage.

6. Plans and prepares project requests; provides input on content and copy.

7. Assists in the dissemination of marketing information to the resort staff.

8. Strong understanding of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.

9. Works with vendors, customers and other departmental staff as needed to realize marketing objectives.

10. Promotes a clean, safe and healthy work environment for employees and guests. Promptly reports all concerns to Supervisor.

11. Ensures that the operation of equipment, tools and materials are handled in a safe manner.

12. Performs other duties as assigned.
