Online Events Marketing Coordinator

The Online Events Marketing Coordinator is responsible for increasing registrations and attendance for our calendar of online "Live" events and Virtual Expos as well as client webinars.

The successful candidate will work closely with the business development team to compile target registrant lists based on provided company names and job titles. They will leverage their knowledge of social media and email marketing platforms to create and execute promotional campaigns to encourage targets to register for our events. The Online Events Marketing Coordinator will also be responsible for creating and executing follow-up campaigns via email and social media platforms to encourage registrants to view on-demand versions of the events as well as tracking and compiling registrant conversion information.

Position Requirements

Required Education/Skills/Experience:

  • High school diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, English or Data Analytics preferred
  • 1-3 years experience with promoting online events on a variety of platforms (e.g. On24, Zoom, HopIn, LinkedIn Events, Facebook Live)
  • Proficiency with various social media platforms, LinkedIn
  • Accuracy and high attention to detail
  • Problem solving and critical thinking
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Capable of working independently with minimum supervision

  • Copywriting
  • Graphic design with a digital focus
