Recruiting Coordinator

The Recruiting Coordinator provides administrative, recruitment and systems support to the Recruiting Department as assigned. The Recruiting Coordinator provides a seamless, collaborative interaction with our recruiters as they assist in facilitating the movement of candidates through the candidate lifecycle while promoting a high touch candidate experience.


  • Provide recruitment related administrative support which may include but is not limited to, the posting and managing of new positions on the ATS as well as other job boards.
  • Ensures all job descriptions are in the same format and up to date.
  • Correspond with candidates throughout the interview process to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience.
  • Provides support with background checks, monitor background report status and alert Recruiter/Hiring Manager to any potential issues that may result in an adverse action.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and support specialized recruiting events or fairs including registration, logistical and marketing collateral needs.
  • Generate and distribute various tracking reports to upper management
  • Available for on camera or in office for weekly Teams Meetings
  • Other Duties as assigned.


  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • 1-2 years in corporate working environment with a high-volume recruitment function preferred.
  • Must maintain strict confidentiality (i.e., compensation, job offers, promotions, etc.).
  • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and strong written/verbal communication skills.
  • Team player with strong work ethic.
  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint, Teams) and Outlook.
  • Experience with ATS technology and systems required.
  • Ability to respond to associate and candidate requests/questions in a professional and timely manner
  • Ability to prioritize effectively, multi-task and handle fast-paced work environment.
