The Associate Manager, Training & Development will have a focus supporting our growing Facilities Maintenance team. This individual will be responsible for supporting the onboarding and transition of new hires, while supporting the continued development of our existing team. Helping to ensure all team members have a thorough understanding of our systems and general department processes. While also supporting a culture of customer service. This individual will have the opportunity to help build and design this training program for the Davaco Facilities team.
Qualifications:
· Create and lead facilitation best practices and development
· Draft and deliver standard & project-specific communications
· Regularly evaluate programs, materials, and learning solutions to identify improvement opportunities
· Leading full life-cycle execution of structured programs, such as conducting needs assessments, course enrollment, supervise and evaluate individual progress pre/post training
· Excellent interpersonal, communication and problem-solving skills
· Mentoring and/or coaching skills
· Knowledge of platforms, tools, and techniques for conducting training online and in-person
· Facilitation skills
· Ability to apply learning theory and business needs into relevant and effective learning opportunities
