SCHEDULE
Full Time
DAYS 5am to 5pm or NIGHTS 5pm to 5am
Rotating Schedule - every OTHER weekend
PAY SCALE
$16 - $24 per hour
$1 Differential for night shift
PTO Accrual per pay check
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES(include but are not limited to the following)
- Detail oriented
- Intermediate level mechanical aptitude
- Display and promote company values (ASPIRE: Attitude, Safety, Passion, Integrity, Relationship, and Evolve)
- Safely operate production equipment to specifications
- Observe machine operations to ensure quality and conformity of filled products to standards
- Regulate machine flow, speed, and/or temperature
- Inspect materials, products, or equipment for defects or malfunctions
- Stop and/or reset machines when malfunctions occur, clear machine jams, and report malfunctions to a supervisor
- Perform preventative maintenance as required
- Firm understanding and compliance with companys Good Manufacturing Practices and Safe Practices
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with prevalent professional demeanor
- Ability to mentor, train, motivate, and direct team
- Team player
- Ability to work in a fast paced, rapidly changing, and regulated environment
- High school diploma/GED required

Personal Protective Equipment Required:
- Ear protection for noise as necessary
- Safety glasses when in required areas
- Nitrile gloves when in contact with raw material or finished product, or when specified
- Slip resistant shoes
